The City of Pasadena's Community Development Department teams up with your Senior Center to offer the opportunity
to participate in the Transportation RIDES Program and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); a non-emergency transportation service for qualified extremely low to moderate income seniors age 65 years and over, and/or people with disabilities between 18 to 64 years of age who reside in Pasadena, who are not able to drive themselves, do not own a vehicle or are medically/physically unable to drive.
